Katarzyna Polic-Patkowska - interior architect, designer, art painter. Graduate of the Higher School of Humanities in Wroclaw in the field of interior design. She defended her diploma in 2014 under the direction of Dr. Renata Pacyna - Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw. She obtained the professional title of interior architect. Painter artist. Her works have been presented at dozens of exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
The artist seeks her own form of expression, trying many painting techniques. Her current works are created using a technique - impasto, which involves applying paint in a thick, convex layer with a spatula, which expressively causes surface variety and play of light. The abstract style that stands out in her works triggers a sense of unfettered experimentation and gives her the opportunity to explore new techniques and forms of artistic expression and helps her search for her own individualism.
