Katarzyna Orno Oronska is a Polish painter and illustrator of fairy tales. She received her master's degree in painting from the Art Institute in Cieszyn in 2010. The artist is inspired by the cities she has lived in (including Bytom, Cracow and New York). She used to make portraits of people she didn't know in order to reflect the atmosphere of the place and time. Currently, she also focuses on human beings, depicting them caught up in the "theater of life." Her works have been presented in solo and group exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
