Biography
She directs films, including animated ones, and is a specialist in special effects. Born in Poland, she has lived in Paris, London and Warsaw. She is a graduate of the Łódź Film School (diploma in animation and special effects). She did her postgraduate studies at CFT Gobelins in Paris. The streets are her gallery and the local community is her audience. She bases her works on classical painting while introducing contemporary figures. She works in public spaces and creates socially engaged art. She believes that artists should not produce decorative, meaningless paintings that serve only as advertising gimmicks. She works on the street and her art reflects what is happening in our world on the street. She tries to do so with humor, even as she talks about serious issues: racism, aging and homophobia. He creates collages of considerable size. He photographs people, prints the photos on paper and pastes them on walls. For the stickers, she chooses crumbling, abandoned buildings that have souls. They become an organic part of the urban scenery. He resembles spaces that nobody needs and turns them into "art galleries." He realizes works all over the world, including Melbourne, Buenos Aires, San Francisco, Paris, Warsaw, Brighton, Liege, Doel and London.
