Yegor Zamaraev was born in Minsk in 1968, and could share many people with his biography. He studied at the Naval College in Klaipeda, Lithuania (1985-1988) and architecture at the Belarusian National Technical University (1990-1993). From 1988 to 1990 he was a soldier in the Soviet Army. He played for the Belarusian professional American soccer team Minsk Bisons (1993-1997). In 2002 he lived in the Caucasus.
He took up art in 1997 and began drawing, painting and writing poetry. Since 2003 he has been an active member of the Lucerne art group. He has had several solo and group exhibitions in Belarus.
