Janusz Kulikowski inherited his passion for painting from his father. Even as a boy, he spent all his free time at his father's side, staring at how a painting was created from the combination of several colors and brushstrokes. Being very young, he created his own paintings, which still adorn the walls in the family home today. Although his love for painting was great, at his father's insistence he chose another direction for his career path. And so he interrupted his passion for painting for several years. Years later, he returned to painting. He discovered, not only a talent for oil painting, but also for watercolor. The passion consumed him to such an extent that he became permanently involved in art. The subjects close to his heart are architecture, automobiles, aviation and landscapes. Works of art by Janusz Kulikowski can be found in private collections at home and abroad, in prestigious modern art galleries.
