JANUSZ JANCZY born in 1974 in Tarnów. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, where he studied sculpture in the studio of Prof. Stefan Borzęcki. In 1999 he graduated in the atelier of Prof. Jerzy Nowakowski. In 2000-2003 he studied at the Akademie der Bildenden Künstein Nuremberg (2000 DAAD Scholarship, 2002 Shakespeare - Scholarship) in the ateliers of prof. Tim Scott and Prof. Claus Bury. Winner of the "Gustaw-Weidanz-Preisfür Plastik 2002" sculptureaward in Halle. 2006-2009 participant in the Stationary Doctoral Studies at the Department of Sculpture, Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. Since 2009 research and teaching employee at the Department of Sculpture, Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow.
