Self-taught painter. In art he is most interested in reliable technique combined with imagination and lack of literalism. His paintings are refined in terms of technique, characterized by an atmosphere of mystery, sometimes slight anxiety. As he says himself, he is not interested in the literal message of the content, nor in moralizing, which is why he usually does not give his paintings titles, but relies on free interpretation.
