Ilona Herc was born in 1972 in Chrzanów. She graduated from the State High School of Fine Arts in Nowy Wisnicz. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of the Silesian University in Katowice, Branch in Cieszyn. In 1998 she received a diploma in painting in the studio of Prof. Zygmunt Lis. She is a member of ZPAP, Krakow district. She is the author of several individual and collective exhibitions. She creates in acrylic and oil techniques. The area of her interest is the world of the child, the world of emotions expressed through color.
