Grzegorz Walus - known mainly in music circles as "Cheeba", songwriter and vocalist of the band Eastwest Rockers, who a few years ago, inspired by a trip to the wildest corners of Asia, returned to painting pictures after a long break. He completed his art studies in 2001.with a master's degree. He was raised by painting professors Alexander Dimitrovich and Nikola Naskov.
Gregory Walus' paintings are a multicolored mosaic of symbols and layers, often referring to the work of colorists, where color sometimes becomes more important than construction and determines the mood of the work. The religion of "holy water," considered the most colorful religion in the world, becomes a means of artistic expression and contains in religious symbols related appearing on canvases or mantras depicted in the increasingly rare Sanskrit.
