Gamid Ibadullayev (b. 1980)
Studied ceramics and art history at Baku academy. Since 2005 he has been living and working in Poland. Founder of the groups "Untitled" (2006) and the formation "Gamid Group", with whom he co-creates, among other things, music for auteur films and silent cinema. In 2008 he graduated from the cinematography department of the Academy of Film and Television in Warsaw. He currently works in painting, music, film, spatial projects and photography. In Poland, he has participated, among others, in two consecutive editions of the Transkaukazja festival, and presented works in solo exhibitions, including at the Art Storehouse gallery (Warsaw, 2008, 2009), the Art Pharmacy gallery (Warsaw, Geca Gündüz project, 2010/2011), the Synagogue Center (Zamosc, META-morphic Processes, 2011) and the Old Prochownia Gallery (Beyond Silence, Warsaw, 2012). Member of the Union of Azerbaijani Artists Photographers and the Union of Azerbaijani Artists. His paintings are in private collections in Poland and abroad.
