French self-taught painter. He began his creative work in 1991. At first he painted as a hobbyist to become a professional painter over time. In 2003, he opened an author's gallery in Évreux, France, where, in addition to displaying his own works, he teaches painting. He has been a guest of honor and juror at many painting competitions. Joly paints visionary-fantastic universes, inviting us to rediscover forgotten stories, lost legends, and lost memories.
