Biography
Studied at the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Winner of the Grand Prix in the 11th E. Geppert Competition in Wroclaw (2013) and many awards in graphic design competitions. He held an artistic residency at GlogauAir in Berlin (2010/2011). He creates printmaking, painting and installations. His works are usually monochromatic or with very limited colors - they remain in a range of grays. He uses reduction and enigmatic form; he balances on the border between abstraction and representation. Recently, together with Slawomir Pawszak, he presented an exhibition at Gryffin Art Space and an individual exhibition at CCA Ujazdowski Castle in Warsaw; he also exhibited in duo with Tomas Absolon at Kvalitar Gallery in Prague. He has also participated in numerous group exhibitions at home and abroad - including in Germany and Italy. He lives and works in Warsaw.
