Bronisław WIŚNIEWSKI
1866 - 1939
Student of the Warsaw School of Drawing. He exhibited regularly at the Warsaw Zachęta Gallery from 1888 to 1915, and in 1889 benefited from a scholarship from the institution's J. Simmler Fund. He painted genre scenes, landscapes, female heads and nudes, religious paintings and caricatures. In 1904 he worked on frescoes in the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Kalisz.
