"Stefania Wilczynska was an amazing, educated and modern woman who dedicated her life to educating the youngest. For 30 years, continuously until her death, she pursued her mission, changing the world of every child who came into her care. I really wanted to convey this passion and impact on children's lives in my painting. I couldn't help feeling some kind of commonality with Stefania, even though our lives are so different, and I knew right away that I wanted to portray her."

Biography
Graduate of Visual Communication at the Faculty of Graphic Arts, University of Arts in Poznan. Since graduation she has been working professionally as a creative graphic designer in one of the advertising agencies in Poznan. More recently, she has also been using the experience she gained as a graphic designer to create her paintings. She has participated in exhibitions in Poznan, Warsaw, Lodz and Hanover, among others.
