Biography
From 1982-87 studied painting in the studio of Prof. Rajmund Ziemski at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He continues his artistic studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Düsseldorf in the studio of Konrad Klapheck and A.R. Penck. In 1990 he obtains the title "Meisterschüller" in the studio of A.R. Penck. Individual exhibitions in Warsaw's Pracownia Dziekanka, Galeria Sztuki Współczesnej, Galeria Brama, Galeria Zachęta, Krakow's Galerie Zderzak, Galerie Walther, Galerie im Kinderspielhaus in Düsseldorf, Galerie Gabriele Jeroch in Hannover, Galerie 86 in Trier, Galerie Walther d'Eendt in Amsterdam, Cavin-Morris Gallery in New York. He participated in more than a dozen group exhibitions of Polish and German art in Poland, Germany, France, Holland, Japan, South Korea, USA.
