Marta Gwizdowska
born 1981 in Poznan.
Artist, painter and illustrator.
From an early age she showed artistic talent. Already in Elementary School she won all competitions related to painting and art. She developed her passion at the Piotr Potworowski State High School of Fine Arts in Poznań, from which she graduated in 2001. She received her master's degree from the A. Mickiewicz University in Poznan in 2006.
In the center of her artistic considerations she places the human figure, mostly female, as her works are personal experiences and emotions closed on canvas. She creates her paintings with extraordinary, almost obsessive attention to detail - every detail and every brushstroke counts.
Her favorite technique is acrylic painting in large formats, but she does not shy away from drawing arts either.
Marta Gwizdowska's works can be found in many private collections at home and abroad.
