Biography
Born in Szczecin, where she graduated from the High School of Fine Arts. She went on to study graphic design at the College of Applied Arts, which she completed in 2006, defending her diploma under the direction of Prof. Grzegorz Marszałek and Prof. Leszek Żebrowski. Fascinated by the art of photography, she continued her education by completing postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Photography. For many years she lived in Warsaw, where she worked as a photographer and graphic designer. As part of her professional activities, she documented numerous state events, including ceremonies with the most important people in the country and foreign delegations. A special place in her professional activity is occupied by reportage photography, which is one of her greatest passions. Izabela Bajda's work, however, goes far beyond photography. The artist develops her interests in painting and ceramics. Her paintings, inspired by Art Deco and Cubism trends, are characterized by geometry and simplicity of form, which are also the result of her love for vector graphics.
Izabela Bajda is the author of numerous graphic designs for books, logos and promotional materials, carried out in cooperation with various institutions. Her works have been presented in many solo and group exhibitions both in Poland and abroad. Since 2023, the artist has lived in the vicinity of Zielona Gora, where she continues her creative path, looking for new inspirations and opportunities to present her art.
