Biography
The artist draws inspiration from her childhood, focusing on subjects that may be insignificant to adults, but are of great importance to children. Her paintings reflect a look at the world through the eyes of a child - full of dreams, imagination, but also fears and problems. In her work, children's reality, often overlooked by adults, acquires depth and meaning, showing the emotions and challenges that shape the young imagination. The artist's latest series is a series of paintings with teddy bears, which accompany children in moments of joy, but also in moments of anxiety and loneliness. Innocent toys are juxtaposed with difficult subjects, such as a sense of loss, misunderstanding by adults, or the need to escape into the world of imagination. Plush toys, symbolizing safety, warmth and emotional support, are shown in various contexts, often reflecting a child's inner world. The series is full of nostalgia and shows the fragility of childhood, contrasting the adult world with a child's imagination.
