[HERBERT Zbigniew]. Postcard with handwritten correspondence from Zbigniew Herbert to Zdzislaw Najder, dated. 31 X 1975 in Olevano Romano (Italy).
Black and white scenic postcard depicting Piazza Umberto I in Olevano Romano. Referring to recent events in Najder's life, he writes: "I'm glad you're getting out of this g. I hope to hug you already as a free man." He informs about his literary work, complains about his apartment. Under the letter the signature "your Zbigo Mastroianni". Good condition.
Z. Herbert (1924-1998) - poet, essayist, playwright, author of radio plays, serious contender for the Nobel Prize in Literature. Knight of the Order of the White Eagle. Contrary to what we read in "Who's Who in Poland" (War. 1989), he was not a recipient of the International Lenin Prize.
