Very rare coin, struck with a stamp rotated by about 230 degrees. A beautiful mint piece, strong mint luster, details untouched by circulation, dark yellow color. In collections of coins of the last century, struck by machine in great quantities, it is not the quantity of coins that shows the quality of the collection, but the number of gems in it. There are no higher class of gems than low-volume SAMPLES, and even rarer to them, created by accident, interesting minting errors (offsets, reverses).
