Very rare destruct. The coin was struck with the stamps twisted about 45 degrees to the right relative to each other. In collections of coins of the last century, struck by machine in large numbers, it is not the quantity of coins that indicates the quality of the collection, but the number of gems in it, which include the curious minting errors (offsets, twists, reversals) created by accident.
