The coin was struck with stamps shifted about 330 degrees to the right. In collections of coins of the last century, struck by machine in large numbers, it is not the quantity of coins that indicates the quality of the collection, but the number of gems in it, which include the curious minting errors (offsets, twists, reversals) that have arisen by accident.
