Formation of mechanized troops of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the organizational and personnel structure, it is part of the OC "South" of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In November 2022, the brigade took part in the fighting on the Kherson direction and the liberation of the right bank of the Kherson region
