Hand closed, brass frame. The yoke straight, with a teardrop at the end of the rear arm. The front arm, refracted at a right angle, forms a bail connected to the head with a bolt. The spindle-shaped beveled shaft, covered by an octagonal, spherical head, riveted with a head bolt. The hilt is steel, double-edged, with a hexagonal cross-section. At the height of the pledge profiled on both sides into one narrow and deep furrow. Inside the furrow impaled a dozen or so marks of the armourer.
