Early communist period Navy sailor's buckle, brass, die minted, on the obverse in the center of the rectangular buckle the anchor and the letters MW are visible. Reverse with deep counter, visible catches. Scratched in the edge most likely the name and surname of the sailor ( Krynski Marek ).
