Award-winning dragoon saber wz 1881 without scabbard

HEAD: length 78 cm
STATE: no damage. good state of preservation. both amphibians decorated in 1 /3 length. Fancy designs. Selected elements gilded.
HEAD SIGNATURES: etched inscription in Russian on the back: ZLOTOUST OR FABR. - Zlotoust Armament Factory.
HANDLE: closed with a single-barreled hilt made of brass, with a 9 mm diameter hole at the end of the hilt. In addition, an inscription in Russian ZA CHRABROST (for courage), on both sides of the hilt. Wooden covers with traces of use. One, small loss of wood surface on the left side. On the hood there is a trace of the imprinted Order of St. Anne, with which the owner was decorated.
A very rare Russian award saber in very good condition.
