Kevlar helmet, brand Maskpol SA (Poland), pattern 2005, manufactured in April 2007. Signed with the nickname (?) Sova. The helmet has a critical crush at the top of the bell. An interesting piece which went through service in three armies - Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.
Western-made helmets, acquired during the 2014-2021 hybrid war by the Russians, were incorporated into units due to drastic shortages of supplies in the Russian army. A helmet arrived near Kiev in February 2022 on the head of a VDV soldier. Acquired by the Territorial Defense, it came to us as a gift from a Polish volunteer who fought in the area.
The helmet was damaged by debris that fell on it during the fighting.
