42x29mm. Made of silver plated brass multi-part - applied anchor, enamel shield. Reverse with counter. Mounted on a post placed on a pad - traces of patina indicate that in the era. Lit. by Tomasz Zawistowski, Polish cap eagles in 1919-39, p. 22. very good condition.
