Blade, slightly curved, single-edged, with one groove and one cut on both sides, nickel-plated. The slightly worn gilt-brass hilt forms a single guard arch, smoothly transitioning into an asymmetrical guard. The escutcheon is decorated with a relief floral ornament. The back of the handle is decorated with a dotted background with images of a caduceus and leaves. The back smoothly transitions into the handle head decorated with a sakura flower. The wooden handle, covered with stingray leather, is encircled with coiled wire along the horizontal grooves. Leather scabbard with brass fittings, consisting of a ferrule, an extension and two movable rings. The scabbard is decorated in the same style as the handle. Japan circa 1900, length 81 cm. Leather slightly damaged and with signs of age. Condition 2

Slightly worn brass gilt hilt consists of one protective bow, smoothly turning into an asymmetrical guard. The guards cup is decorated with cut-out floral ornament. The back of the handle is ornamented with a dotted background with images of kadosakura and leaves. The back smoothly passes into the head of the handle and is decorated with a sakura flower. A wooden handle, covered with stingray leather, is intertwined with twisted wire along horizontal grooves. Leather scabbard with a brass device, consisting of a mouth, a clip, two movable rings. The scabbard is decorated in the same style as the hilt. Japan circa 1900, length 81 cm. Leather slightly damaged and with signs of age. Condition 2
