Narrow, slightly curved older blade from the end of the 18th or beginning of the 19th century with double-sided cutting and etched decoration in the upper part, silver hilt with cross guard decorated with engravings and filigree is derived in shape from Turkish sabres (shamshir). On the face side it is set with Czech garnets and silver cabochons (polished pyrite?). The wooden scabbard is covered with black velvet, with silver fittings decorated identically to the hilt. Two loose hanging rings. Housed in a leather case lined with black velvet and covered with silk at the top, together with silver spurs. Austro-Hungarian hallmarks for purity 750/1000, probably Pest. Austria-Hungary, last quarter of the 19th century, length 100 cm.
