Made from a bayonet and its scabbard from a Chassepot rifle. Presumably (due to its shape) used by French colonial troops

HEAD: - handle: steel shaft, bone wraps, no damage. shaft terminated with a bolt HANDLE - steel without damage, no dents. to it riveted brass ring.
