A rare medal of which we found no notations (including metal).
Interestingly, evidently minted with an error in the legend and the notation HISTORICAL by "CH", which error corrected already after the medal was minted, removing by deleting (shearing) the letter C. Perhaps this is the reason for the rarity of this medal and its limited distribution or withdrawal (?).
Nice state of preservation.
