Biography
Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow (under Ferdynand Cynk and Jacek Malczewski); painted most often landscapes (views of the Cracow area), as well as genre scenes and nudes. He created murals, stained glass, prints and book illustrations. He was a co-founder of the Polish Applied Art Association (1901). Some researchers claim that Procajlowicz was portrayed by Wojciech Weiss in his famous painting Demon (In the Café).
