A set of collectible spoons in a wooden display case
A set of 16 decorative, collectible spoons (+ knife and fork) placed in a specially designed wooden display case/shelf. The shelf has hangers, allowing to hang it on the wall. Included are commemorative, collectible spoons from various countries (including Paris, Tyrol, Nassau, Florida), a spoon commemorating the Cutty Sark (the Cutty Sark is a 19th century ship, the so-called tea clipper, which broke many speed records. It is currently the only surviving tea clipper in the world, now permanently housed in a dry dock at the wharf in the London district of Greenwich as a museum ship), a set of silver-plated spoons (a set of 4 pieces + one not from the set) and a set of cutlery (spoon, knife, fork with two cloves) from Thailand, with gold-colored handles, decorated with a typical local motif (Buddha?).
Dimensions of the display case: 46 x 27 x 4.5 cm. Good/very good condition.
The teaspoons need cleaning to regain their former luster.
