Commemorative mold made of copper consisting of three rings, for Brig. Gen. John Pulaski.
On the middle ring of the souvenir there is a commemorative plaque with engraving:
To Citizen Brigadier General / Jan Pulaski / on the day of his stay in Z Mot 5 - crew / Poznań on 19. 08.1982.
On the upper ring the corpus of the Motor Forces.
On the lower ring the corpus of the Armored Forces.
The whole crowned with the logo of the Motor Works No. 5 in Poznan.
