Round medal 45 mm in diameter, silver-plated, on the obverse in the central part one can see the coat of arms of Bologna, standing on a pedestal, on the sides two lions leaning on a pennant, the reverse of the medal blank, smooth, with a stylized frame visible.
Overall condition of the medal very good, natural patina visible.
