Baptismal medal of Maria Wladyslawa Kronenberg, Warsaw 1882, gold.
Maria Wladyslawa Kronenberg (1882-1914) was the daughter of the Polish industrialist Leopold Stanislaw Kronenberg (1848-1892) and Marguerite Lucia Chevreau (b. 1859) and the wife of Joseph Rajmund Anna Maria Count de Maistre.On the obverse a baptismal scene with a quote: this is my beloved son whom I have favored. At the bottom the signature of the medaller: "J.Herkner F.". On the reverse the eye of providence and the inscription: "In commemoration of baptism" Below the engraving: "From the Godfather WA Kronenberg for Mary Ladyslaw Kronenberg 1882". On the wound there is a gold test "94" and a signature in the form of the letter "C". The diameter of the medal is 33 mm. Thickness 2 mm. Weight 17.64g. The medal is preserved in its original etui. Box with plush lining and recess for the medal. Under the lid is the signature J.WEINERT DAWNIEJ S. NEYBAUER ULICA SENATORSKA (...) W WARSZAWIE. The box measures 6 x 6 x 3 cm. The latch works. The whole in bdb condition without damage.
