Livonia. Riga, occupied by Sweden. Medal ND (1641) by S. Dadler and H. Wulf on the siege and capture of Riga in 1621. Averse: King of Sweden and general Gustav II Adolf on horseback on the right, behind him an extensive field camp and the silhouette of a city. Above him are clouds and angels crowning him with a laurel wreath, in section .S.D. Reverse: The Swedish troops ready for battle on the banks of the Daugava, on the other bank the fortified city, above in the clouds the city coat of arms wreathed by angels.
