Medal minted in 1967, commissioned by the government-in-exile in London to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the death of T. Kosciuszko and the 100th anniversary of the birth of J. Pilsudski. Rare. Medal 39 mm in diameter, minted with mirror stamp in reverse 180 degrees. An excellent piece with a high grading note. Only one medal received this note and only two medals received a higher grading note. DCAM's best note.
