On the obverse of the medal one can see stylized wings on which rests a figure flying in the clouds, all around visible inscription, ( CHALLENGE / DE TOURISME INTERNATIONAL 1934 ), on the reverse in the center visible sign of the Aeroclub in the rim visible inscription ( WARSZAWA 28.VII-16.IX. In the rim: AEROKLUB RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ POLSKIEJ ).
Medal minted in bronze with a diameter of 55mm.
