Medal from 1885 by Franciszek Witkowski, a late 19th century Warsaw engraver, made to commemorate the Agricultural and Industrial Exhibition in Warsaw. Obverse: A blacksmith with a hammer on his shoulder and a peasant woman with a sickle and a sheaf of grain, against a background of working tools, around a MEMORIAL OF THE AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION IN WARSAW 1885. Reverse: coat of arms of the city of Warsaw, around ВЪ ПАМЯТЬ ЗЕМЛЕД. ПРОМЫШЛЕН ВЫСТАВКИ ВЪ ВАРШАВҌ 1885 Г. and an olive and oak wreath. Zinc 40 mm, 25.38 g. Medal very well preserved, lots of mint luster.
