Av. Arms of the town of Dieppe, azure and gules, with a ship at anchor argent, sails furled, on a sea also argent. Above, an angel's head with outstretched wings serves as crest, the whole supported by two silver mermaids each holding a mirror; signature HAMEL A ROUEN.
Rv. VILLE DE DIEPPE. Cartouche within a wreath formed of an oak branch and a laurel branch.
