Title in upper left corner, in a cartouche surmounted by the Wettin royal coat of arms. In the lower left corner, four linear scales and an explanation of the colors of the borders. The Imago Pol. reads: "the details related to the issue of this state are not completely known. The condition was found in a piece of 'Nouvelle atlas universel, pur la nouvelle editions de Guthrie' (Paris: Hyacinthe Langlois, 1802)." Line and surface color (later?), cartouche uncolored. Verso clean (handwritten number 21). Middle folds, good condition. Infrequent.
