Map published at the bookstore of Adolf Zmigrod in Będzin in the 1920s. Printed at the factory of L. Nowak in Królewska Huta (Chorzów). In upper right corner, title, scale (1:75,000) and publisher's name. In the lower margin on the left a legend. Preserved covers broch. (slightly rubbed). Tucked-in tears at folds. No advertising insert (10 pp.).
