Vyacheslav Gayderich studied at the Lviv Academy of Printing at the faculty of book illustration, graphic design and stop-motion animation. After arriving in Poland, he continued his studies in graphic design and computer animation, while continuing to paint oil portraits. He participated in many plein-air events in various cities in Poland. In 2016, he joined the team at Break-Thru Production studio where he took part in the frame-by-frame painting of the film Loving Vincent. Familiarizing himself with the studio's previously made animations, he came up with the idea of using puppets in his portraits. Over time, this evolved into making fantasy portraits and imaginary characters. The puppets, however, still appear in his works, and it is the frozen moment in their faces that most draws in and enchants viewers.
