Biography
Stanislaw Koguciuk was a Polish naive painter from Pławanice in the Lublin region. He was a self-taught painter and began creating as an adult. He painted the reality around him - everyday life in the countryside, scenes from fairs and weddings. He also created at the request of local residents. In 1996 he took part in the Legnica Satyrykon competition, where he showed humorous pictures with witty captions to a wider audience. Since 2000, the artist was a member of the Association of Folk Artists. In 2012 he received the Oskar Kolberg Award.
