Roman WILKOSZ
1895 Cracow - 1967 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska
Polish painter, designer, teacher, educator. In 1929 he graduated from the State School of Artistic Industry and the Specialized School of Interior Design. In 1930 he began working in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska as a teacher. In 1938 he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, as a student of drawing by Władysław Jarocki, Teodor Axentowicz and Wojciech Weiss. Immediately after the end of the war, he took charge of the Vocational School of Carpentry in Kalwaria Since 1950, ZPAP in Krakow. The work of this artist was based on traditional and partly contemporary painting in a slightly bolder form.
