Marian Osiecki (1929-2003), painter known in Poland and abroad, had more than 20 solo exhibitions in Poland, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, USA, Canada, Japan,Finland and Austria. In love with nature and animals, he devoted most of his artistic output to the subject of horses, blended into extraordinary landscapes. In painting, he used his own technique, which allowed the artist to masterfully achieve aerial perspective, depth and excellent handling of light. (Biography from Allegro CWGcompl).
