Immediately after graduating with honors, she was employed by the Publishing Institute Nasza Księgarnia. Initially in the Polish editorial department, later - children's for the youngest, where she worked as an art editor. Her boss was Zbigniew Rychlicki. She is inspired by fairy tales, legends and ballads, which are rife with unusual and fantastic descriptions of situations, allowing her great freedom of composition. She tries to paint so that the illustration can exist on its own - like a painting. After 30 years at Nasza Księgarnia, she became a graphic designer at Świerszczyk, a popular magazine for children. Her illustrations also appeared in Mis, a monthly magazine for the youngest children.
