80x90, oil on canvas
B. 1977, Cagliari (Italy)
The artist has loved drawing since childhood, but it wasn't until she enrolled in art school in Cagliari that her love for painting became obvious. However, she didn't begin her artistic career until 2006, painting copies of paintings by Tamara Lempicka, an artist in whom she found great inspiration, at which point she decided that she was most attracted to reproduction and painting the female image. Over time, she focused on portraits in which women are wrapped in neutral contexts, but adorned with a touch of bright color to highlight their lips, or an accessory that unleashes all their sensuality.
